leuserantara2016@gmail.com Mengembalikan budaya Menangkap Ikan Depik bagi para Nelayan dengan menggunakan “ Didisen ” (Konservasi alam di Danau Lut Tawar) Oleh : Diana seprika Ikan Depik (rasbora tawarensis) adalah salah satu Ikan endemik  di Danau Lut Tawar. Ikan ini bertubuh kecil , panjangnya sekitar 7 – 8 cm dan lebar tubuhnya sekitar 2 cm. Meski bertubuh kecil, Ikan ini sangat diminati, selain rasanya yang gurih juga dapat diolah untuk berbagai menu bagi pecinta kuliner khas Gayo, diantaranya Ikan Depik bisa diolah Masam jeng (Red-Gayo), Dedah , Pengat Gayo, sambal Depik Kering dan beberapa olahan lainnya sesuai selera penikmatnya.   Aromanya akan mengingatkan orang akan keunikan Danau Lut Tawar, Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh. Keberadaan ikan Depik sendiri hanya ada di Dataran Tinggi Tanoh Gayo. Sehingga Depik sendiri menjadi Ikon khusus ikan khas Danau kebanggaan Masyarakat Tanoh Gayo tersebut .  Sambal Depik Kering- Gambar Koleksi Demah Gayo Kabar berkurang
